Converge - North Central College

In the fall of 2016, a group of former entrepreneurs decided to create a place where ideas can flourish and entrepreneurs thrive. This group understood that creativity, innovation and new business ideas happen anywhere.

To succeed in venture creation, you have to take risk, embrace failure and you need the right culture to support it.

At ConVerge, they are lucky to have the support of an extraordinary academic institution, students and alumni, a vibrant downtown Naperville location, the I-88 corporate hub and North Central College’s relationship with industry.

They work every day to create an environment to assist using tools and practices that focus on business implementation strategies. Rather than follow traditional practices, they have created innovative processes, policies and procedures to actively help develop and grow promising new businesses.

ConVerge goes a step further to foster a hub of innovators and services in the western suburbs who are working together to create change and grow businesses that impact people’s lives.

The ConVerge process supports community entrepreneurs and students of all ages, especially mid-career professionals, woman and minorities who are reflective of our diverse community. They share ideas, make mistakes, learn new skills and build connections of all types. For more information visit www.convergenaperville.org
