TED

Created in 2001, the City of Naperville’s Transportation, Engineering and Development (TED) department is one of the most important city departments.  TED was created and designed to align resources so that all civil and traffic engineering functions and planning, building and development functions would be coordinated under a single work umbrella.  To ensure that infrastructure maintenance and expansion enhances the environment and quality of life in the City of Naperville, TED provides the administration and management needed to be successful.  The Naperville Development Partnership and TED work together to assist hundreds of businesses grow and prosper throughout the city.
